Poach Eggs

Ok, this ain't the photo we took of our poached eggs but its close.

The reason I'm sharing this with you is that I've tried numerous methods to do poach egg, but found this to be the simplest of them all. I can't explain it any better than the following video posted on youtube,

Food Edition: Western Breakfast For 2

This week's edition for breakfast - western breakfast. Very simple yet nutritious and mouth watering.

• Pan-fried bacon
• Fried free run chicken eggs (scrambled, cause I like it that way)
• 2 slices for 14 grain bread
  
• Tomatoes
  

And because its raining, we can't go out to eat... so its off to the kitchen again...
