Another Way To Cook Haddock
So, we've been grilling the haddock pretty plain without much seasoning except for olive oil, pepper and salt. Today I personally attempted to use Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs and wee bit of milk.
The product? Well not too good. Needs a bit more of practice and adjustment to it as it was a bit watery and too much bread crumbs I suppose.

Fiddlehead aka Paku
Over here, paku / pako is called fiddlehead. And they are only harvested in early spring. We had the opportunity to buy some from Atlantic supermarket.

We boiled it. And ate it with melted butter. Yum...
Ok ok, it wasn't really that fantastic. But at least we tried it. Anyhow, loved the baked haddock fish we did.
