Canada just opened a new center for vaccinology which would be specifically conducting research in the area of vaccine for swine flu. Best part is, the center is IWK hospital which is just 5 minutes walk away from our place here. Its a multi-million dollor center. There's an expected peak in the number people infected with the flu in Aug to Fall. Hopefully a vaccine is out soon and that there'll be free vaccine shots issued to the nearby residents.
