It's about time we get some real sports into practice. All talk and no action makes us flabbier from the abdomen upwards. Yes, walking everywhere is good and healthy but it only exercises the body below the abdomen. Nothing to exercise the torso or the arms.
Now, we have no excuse and finally get to use the university's excellent sports facility - "Dalplex", plus get free copy of the Chronicle Herald (its like the Star newspaper back home). Ho ho ho....
