Its now 5.21 in the morning. Too much sleep. Can't go out though as its still windy and worst off - foggy!!

Apparently its normal as our hundreds of blood vessels in the nasal interior are very prone to cracking and bursting in cold and dry conditions. One way of avoiding these is by applying vaseline or oil based substances to give it more moisture as protection.
Praying hard for the weather to get better.
